Price:
All International Orders will be based in US dollars.
Upon placing the order, a twenty-five percent (25%) non-refundable deposit must be made.
Eight (8) weeks prior to projected shipment, another twenty-five (25%) of the order must be made.
Thirty (30) days prior to the ship date, the remaining fifty percent (50%) must be paid plus any transport fees if applicable.
 

Cancellation by Buyer
If the buyer decides to cancel the order, the initial 25% deposit on the order is non-refundable.
If the buyer cancels the order between (31-60) days of shipment, only twenty-five percent (25%) of the order is refunded, and the seller, Select Plus International Nursery, is entitled to keep the deposit, according to the point above.
Anytime during the thirty (30) days prior to shipping, the order may not be canceled.

Revision of Order by Seller
The seller, Select Plus Nursery, is entitled to not ship any goods he may think are of poor quality, and the buyer is entitled to a credit for a future order or a refund of only the goods that will not be fulfilled.

Transportation
Seller will come on common grounds for date of shipment with buyer, and seller is entitled to decide specific dates in which he feels comfortable that the plants will leave the nursery in pristine and represent able condition due to climatic conditions.
Seller will ship plants via broker/forwarder or any other means they feel suitable with charges to be paid at buyer's expense.
Seller is not liable for any shipment, custom, and/or unforeseeable charges applied, and therefore will be at buyer's expense.
Seller is not responsible for any delays due to freight companies or custom delays.
Seller fulfills his obligations under the contract the moment the (CFIA) Canadian Food Inspection Agency produces a phytosanitary certificate for the goods to be sent and all risks are immediately passed to buyer.

Time of Delivery
If the seller, Select Plus International Nursery, has contracted with the buyer to make delivery at a specific time, seller shall not be liable for non-delivery by such specified time if such non-delivery is caused by frost, delays in transportation, or any other cause beyond the seller's control.
Seller makes no warranty for damages by heat, frost, sea water or other causes during transportation nor for any delay during transportation.
When order is placed and deposit is received, the buyer has agreed that these terms and agreements is fully understood, and that they will abide to them accordingly.
